Todd Leitgeb
Todd spent the last seven years of his career at Main Street Capital Corporation (NYSE: MAIN), a publicly-traded principal investing firm providing private equity and private debt financing to lower middle market companies with enterprise values ranging from $20 million to $150 million. Todd served as a Director since 2019 and had been with Main Street in various roles since joining in 2013. Todd was actively involved in the Main Street’s sourcing, structuring, due diligence and execution activities in addition to portfolio company oversight.
Throughout his time at Main Street, Todd was involved in the execution of ten platform investments and six add-on acquisitions for various portfolio companies resulting in over $300 million of invested capital. Todd served on the board of directors of 13 distinct portfolio companies across a wide array of industries including Manufacturing, Industrials, Software, SaaS, Consumer Finance, Consumer Products and Oil & Gas.
Todd earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics, magna cum laude, from Baylor University.
